    Operations Coordinator, PlanoTemp to HirePay rate $25-$27, depending on experienceEnjoy this Hybrid position - 3 days in the office, 2 days at homeDutiesWill be processing, auditing, and evaluating invoices for correct billingCreating reports in Excel and analyzing data.

    Will be responsible for data entry, tracking information, and following through.

    Managing records; filing, labeling, and recordingExperience 2+ years prior administrative office experience requiredProficiency and experience in Excel, including data analysis - exporting data, calculations, use of filters, sorting, graphs, etc.

    Experience with MS Office
    • Outlook, Word, PowerPoint.
    Operations experience preferredHigh school degree or equivalent requiredAssociate's degree preferredAccounts payable experience a plus.
