Job summary
We are seeking a strategic Global Tax Leader to lead global tax planning, compliance, and optimization across diverse jurisdictions.Responsibilities
* Analyze the impact of new US and international tax laws* Oversee and support IRS, state, local, and international tax audits as needed* Lead tax return preparation and payments (annual/quarterly/state/local/sales/use/withholding/VAT/etc.)- Manage transfer pricing documentation and inter-company financing including repatriation
- Collaborate with regional controllership and legal teams to ensure compliance optimize tax obligations
