    THE ROLE
    As the People Data & HRIS Administrator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth HR processes, maintaining accurate data, and providing reporting insights, ultimately supporting the efficiency of our People team. This role is the go-to expert for our core HR Systems.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team to build, design, and implement new HR technology, HR dashboards and support data analytics with useful insights.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • HR Tech Power user - Configuration, vendor management, and troubleshooting support - for all HRIS systems including ADP and future ATS systems as well.
    • Data Integrity Champion - maintain accuracy and integrity for all people data.
    • Reporting & Insights - Collect, maintain, and report on people data, with insightful analysis. Build and maintain dashboards that provide leaders with key metrics.
    • Process Management - Provide and maintain documentation, create and deliver training on processes, and recommend system and process improvements.
    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    Requirements:
    • 2+ years of experience working with HRIS systems, with demonstrated proficiency with ADP or similar platforms.
    • Experience or interest in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to translate technical concepts and processes into clear user documentation and training materials.
    Preferred:
    • Experience configuring and maintaining ADP modules (Workforce Now, etc.).
    • Experience with report-building tools within ADP or other HRIS platforms.
    Skills, Knowledge, & Traits:
    • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
    • Strong communication skills including verbal, written, and presentation
    • Ability to translate concepts into system and process design
    The target annual base pay range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. Final pay determinations may depend on various factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education, geographical location, knowledge, and skills.
