    The ResponsibilitiesDeliver superior, consistent project management on multi-country projects such as global benefits managementServe as the day-to-day project manager, ensuring the progress of the team against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables, and quality standardsServe as the secondary, daily contact to clients located at headquarters as well as overseas offices concerning delivery of services, coordinating with Willis Towers Watson consultants globallyManage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to senior consultantsDevelop a trusted advisor relationship both internally and with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projectsParticipate in special projects including but not limited to, benchmarking, leave, perquisites, multinational poolingSupport new business RFPs and ongoing support as part of the broader teamBuild relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams- 10 years of experience with working knowledge of global benefits and demonstrated expertise in delivering HR consulting services to multinational organizationsProven experience managing multiple projects and producing quality deliverables on timeStrong client relationship, interpersonal and team skillsA professional presence with strong oral and written communication skillsFlexibility and proven ability to identify and resolve issuesAnalytical and creative skillsThe ability to see the 'big picture,' leveraging the resources of related practices to address the clients' business challengesWorking knowledge of Microsoft programs: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, TeamsAvailability to travel on an as needed basisBA/BS degree, preferred but not requiredExperience living and working overseas, and foreign language skills preferred, but not requiredNote: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.

    Compensation and BenefitsBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.

    Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).CompensationThe base salary compensation range being offered for this role is 105, ,000 USD per year.

    This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
