    What You'll Do:

    Lead with Impact:
    Represent the company with confidence and direct all dining service operations to achieve business growth and client satisfaction.

    Foster Relationships:
    Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

    Excel in Management:
    Use your front-of-house expertise to train your team in top-notch serving techniques, garnishing, and service formats.

    Coordinate & Communicate:
    Work closely with the District Manager on client communications and retention strategies.

    Drive Visibility:
    Embrace the spotlight by engaging directly with customers, clients, and associates, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

    Oversee Operations:
    Plan and supervise special functions, manage cash control, oversee payroll, and handle hiring and training.

    What We're Looking For:

    Leadership Experience:

    Proven experience in hospitality management, with at least three to five years in a management role (director level preferred).


    Marketing & PR Skills:
    Experience in marketing and public relations to enhance the company's visibility and client engagement.

    Customer-Centric Approach:
    Strong ability to build and maintain relationships and deliver outstanding service.

    Team-Oriented:
    Ability to inspire and train a team to deliver exceptional results.
