    • Holyoke just 10 miles N of Springfield and Springfield 25 miles N of Hartford
    -2 + Years PMHNP experience desired
    • 2 + Years PMHNP experience desired Spanish a plus


    • Non Profit
    • Non Profit Community Mental Health Agency
    • PMHNP to see patients across the lifespan
    • Split time 1/2 time in Community Health Center and 1/2 time at CMHC
    -60 min evals and 20/30 min mgmt. (adults/kids)

    • Join a team of 5 MD's and 12+ PMHNP's
    -1 Hour Admin Time Daily

    • See approximately 12 14 patients/day
    • Flex Schedule of 5(8's) or 4(10's) flex start time
    • Work all mental health can carry a Suboxone caseload if interested
    • Federal Loan Repay qualified location
