- Based in Milton, NY
- Generating quotes for orders submitted by clients via email or phone
- Checking inventory of products to ensure they will be available to ship
- If items are back ordered, communicate lead time to customer, or offer a comparable product that is in stock
- Communicate with clients regarding the status of their orders including ETA for deliveries, back-orders, delays, etc.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction and to maintain the company's reputation
- Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs
- Remain in regular contact with your Account Executive (AE) to understand and meet their needs
- Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
- Building client folders that will include all information pertinent to the their location
- Presenting clients with product details and timelines
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
- Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
- Educating clients with new products and technology
- Visit client's facilities at the request of the AE to better understand how their operation works and to build a rapport.
- Offer products to clients that will increase production and efficiency.
- Other miscellaneous responsibilities, as assigned.
- Minimum age of 21 years or older and pass a criminal background check
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at time.
- Must be able to stand, bend, crawl, stretch, lay, and squat in order to maintain equipment.
- 5% Traveling and Driving
- May require working rotating shifts with varied hours/day, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
- Valid Driver's License
