- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for advanced materials in alignment with business objectives.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and queries.
Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts to maintain a positive work environment.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Provide guidance to managers on performance management issues.
Ensure timely and constructive feedback is given to employees.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions on various HR topics.
Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive salary structures.
Assist in the annual salary review and bonus processes.
Promote a healthy and safe work environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment.
Familiarity and experience with payroll systems/platform such as ADP and PRIMEPAY.
Familiarity and experience with health insurance packages such as BCBSM/HSA and PRIMEPAY, including negotiation and selection.
Familiarity and experience with retirement plans (401k, Roth), including negotiation and selection.
Familiarity and experience with Workers' Compensation Insurance terms and claims processing, including audit, negotiation, and selection.
Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Able to work independently manage multiple responsibilities , self-motivated)
5-7 years of experience in HR. with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Experience working with major automotive OEMs such as GM, Ford, Stellantis, etc. &Tier 1 suppliers. Prior experience with supplier logistics systems, such as SPPS, ispreferred.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred.
