    Job Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at Anytime Fitness. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering personalized fitness programs to clients, creating a supportive and motivating environment that helps them achieve their health and wellness goals.


    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and results-driven individual to take on a challenging role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics, with the ability to design and implement effective fitness programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Deliver high-quality fitness programs to clients, including one-on-one training, small group training, and group training sessions
    • Create and implement customized fitness plans that cater to individual client needs and goals
    • Conduct fitness assessments to identify client strengths and weaknesses, and develop targeted training programs to address areas for improvement
    • Provide ongoing coaching and support to clients, offering motivation and encouragement to help them reach their fitness goals
    • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of fitness services

    Requirements

    • Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike
    • A passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional results

    Salary Range

    $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
