- Licensed to practice in Illinois
- 2-5 years of civil litigation experience
- Experience with trials is a plus, and interest in trials is required
- Experience conducting depositions and writing motions/briefs
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Role Description
This is a full-time Associate Attorney position with 2-5 years of experience.
As an Associate Attorney, you will be responsible for a wide range of legal tasks, including attending court hearings, trials, and depositions, conducting legal research, drafting motions/pleadings/briefs, providing legal advice, and negotiating on behalf of clients. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to complete tasks. The Firm regularly tries cases in state and federal courts, so either some trial experience or a strong interest in trials is essential.
The position is located on-site in our Chicago office.
