    Duties will include systems engineering activities required to meet program technical requirements
    Responsibilities will include developing and presenting engineering milestone events (PDRs/CDRs/TRRs etc.), developing bids for Bases of Estimates (BOEs), delegating systems engineering tasks to team members, leading customer coordination meetings, tracking team budgets, and reporting on systems engineering management efforts
    A level 5 employee typically has 14+ years of professional experience

    Basic Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related Technical field

    • Experience with systems engineering milestone events (PDR/CDR/TRR etc.) - Secret clearance
    • F-35 Systems Engineering
    • Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) experience - Leadership experience - working with a technically diverse teams - Experience with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve program objectives.

    Desired Skills:

    • Systems Engineering experience in Aerospace Programs
    • Technical lead experience
    • F35 system knowledge

    Remote Telework:
    The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility
    The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

    Work Schedules:
    Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees
    Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed

    These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
