    Speech Language Pathologist

    Join Evolve Therapy Services, a therapy management organization that prioritizes compassionate care. We are seeking qualified therapists to work with our partner in Glencoe, US.

    About the Role:

    • We offer full-time (with tuition reimbursement), part-time, or PRN opportunities for Speech Language Pathologists to provide high-quality services in an In-house Skilled Nursing Facility setting.

    The ideal candidate will assist in planning and directing Speech Language Pathology services according to applicable federal, state, and local standards. They will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and instruct them on speech-language procedures for daily carryover.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. To provide quality speech therapy services and initiate referrals as needed;
    2. To evaluate patients' needs through necessary data collection;
    3. To create comprehensive treatment plans with clear target lists and goals;
