We are seeking a mission-focused Business Operations Analyst to support and contribute to our government customers success in Albuquerque, NM
The Business Operations Analyst will support the Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration Cyber Security Task Order in the effective and efficient execution of a range of task order activities and work assignments. The Business Operations Analyst will support day to day programmatic operational flow, including assisting with procurement, travel, and training planning/execution; coordinating with Criterion corporate office personnel; compiling and responding to data calls; and execution of other tasks / reporting activities.
Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
The Business Operations Analyst will execute or assist with the following duties and responsibilities:
Support the identification and prioritization of procurement requirements for the $15.5M annual other direct cost (ODC) budget
Review procurement submissions for completeness and accuracy
Submit micro and macro procurements for Program Management and Government approval
Coordinate with Criterion Procurement and Contract team to ensure the efficient and completeness of all procurement activities
Prepare documentation and respond to Government requests or procurement and budget details and information
Manage travel planning, budgeting, employee travel requests, and expense reports, ensuring GSA guidelines are adhered to
Monitor and report on progress and concerns regarding procurement tasks/activities
Manage new hire candidates, screen resumes, and make recommendations to upper management regarding interviewing and hiring
Develop, maintain, and track list of past and current team members
Support on-boardingof new team members across the program
Create or contribute to various status reports
Ensure operational compliance with contractual requirements; verify and document results
Identify and propose solutions for areas of improvement (continuous process improvement)
Work closely with clients, technical staff and managers
Update SharePoint sites (Criterion and Government) as required with new documents
Create and modify pages, permissions, folders and work-flowswithin SharePoint
Update, implement and maintain procedures and processes
Other duties as assigned
Required Experience, Education, Skills and Technologies
US Citizenship
Applicants who have a current DOE Q or DOD TS clearance are preferred. Applicants who do not have a current clearance must be able to pass the appropriate background investigations to attain one
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related degree. Bachelors Degree can be substituted with 4 years of work experience
Six (6) years of experience working in a professional environment (technology field desired)
Excellent written and oral communications skills - communicate clearly and concisely with diverse audiences; demonstrate comfort level in giving and receiving constructive feedback
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to learn new concepts quickly
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with local and remote staff, customers and external vendors
Must have the ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deliverables - assess priorities and operate in a flexible manner to meet the dynamic needs of the Task Order
Solid experience with Microsoft Office suite - Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
Strong customer service orientation
