Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team at Horizon Bank in Sandy, UT. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on a wide range of banking products and services. You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat, and play a key role in ensuring a positive banking experience.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and the ability to manage customer concerns with professionalism and care. No previous banking experience is required, but a customer service background is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries about account balances, transactions, and banking products via phone, email, or chat.
- Resolve issues or escalate complex matters to the appropriate department in a timely manner.
- Process routine transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with bank policies.
- Provide information on bank services, such as credit cards, loans, and online banking features.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
Compensation:
$19 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
