    Board Certified Behavior Analyst - NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst | $5,000 Sign-On

    Schedule: M-F 8:30am–4pm, 35hrs/wk

    10 Month School Calendar

    Salary: $75,000 - $90,000

    We are seeking a Full Time BCBA to join our team to make a profound impact on the lives of our students.

    At Brookville Center for Children's Services, our mission is to educate and support children of all abilities. We serve children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, speech-language disorders, traumatic brain injury and autism.

    As our BCBA, you will:

    • Assess behavior BIPs, and take part in crisis intervention.
    • Provide training and supervision to teachers and teacher assistants, in the implementation of behavior analytical interventions for skill acquisition, to support students in achieving their educational goals.
    • Support teachers in the development of IEP goals based on criterion referenced assessments, such as the ABLLS and VB-MAPP.
    • Analyze learning environments and students' learning needs, and provide suggestions based on evidenced-based methods of instruction.
    • Provide Behavior Intervention Services (BIS) as per student's IEP mandates and train teachers and teacher assistants on school-wide positive behavior supports.
    • Monitor the implementation of PBS strategies and overall classroom management procedures.
    • Implement and monitor behavior data collection procedures for students on caseload.
    • Maintain communication with home-based providers to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral and educational strategies.
    • Initiate and attend Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, IDT, CPSE and CSE Meetings as needed.

    We require:

    • MA or MS in Psychology or Special Education
    • NYS Licensed Behavior Analyst preferred
    • Physical capacity: Aspects may include but are not limited to lifting and transferring of students
