    *PLC Maintenance Technician
    • Food Industry
    • 2nd Shift: 2pm-10pm
    * $34-$38 per hour


    • Hazleton, PA My client based in Hazleton, PA is looking to recruit a PLC Maintenance Technician within their food manufacturing facility. You will be focused on installing and programming PLCs, robots, and other automation machinery/equipment. As well as this, you will also be maintaining and installing control and distribution equipment such as switches, relays, and circuit breakers. We are looking for an experienced PLC Maintenance Technician with a proven background in a food production environment. Responsibilities of a PLC Maintenance Technician:
    • Maintaining and repairing production machinery and equipment
    • Install, program, or repair automated machinery and equipment such as robots & PLCs
    • Install control and distribution apparatus such as relays, and circuit-breaker panels
    • Connects power cables to equipment and installs grounding leads
    • Installs power on new manufacturing equipment
    • Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment
    • Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts
    • Cleans and lubricates shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery
    • Repairs and replaces gauges, valves, SOVs, pressure regulators
    • Installs, modifies, and maintains pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment Qualifications/Experience:
    • A high school diploma or GED is required
    • A minimum of 3 years experience maintaining manufacturing systems
    • Food manufacturing experience preferred
    • PLC and/or construction electrical (journeyman) certification is highly desirable How To Apply
