Required Skills:

• Work effectively in an agile team to define, build, deploy and own software products
• Contribute to architecture design that solves business problems
• Play an active role towards continuous improvement of the development team's processes
• Mentor- other members of the development team
• Provide production support for applications owned by the development team
• Drive innovation through research into new tech
• Has a balance between leadership skills and technical skills.
• Take ownership of code quality and technical debt.
• 10+ years relevant experience.
• Experience in managing multi skilled development teams.
• Experience with Angular and Nodejs and other JavaScript frameworks.
• Have designed and developed REST APIs.
• Experience with GCP and DevOps.
• Experience using system monitoring tools Knowledge of relational databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Able to influence and drive teamwork to meet key milestones and overcome challenges.
