    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) seeking a fulfilling full-time opportunity in Jacksonville, NC? We are in search of a passionate professional to join our team and contribute to the improvement of individuals' lives through effective communication therapy.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist.
    • Implement therapeutic interventions directed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist, addressing individualized treatment goals.
    • Maintain accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and other relevant documentation.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including educators, parents, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive and effective care.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in speech-language pathology to enhance professional growth.

    Qualifications:

    • Possession of a valid Speech-Language Pathology Assistant certification from an accredited program.
    • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state of North Carolina.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.
    • Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
    • Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse populations and settings.
