- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or equivalent/applicable degree;
- 10+ years' preconstruction experience with large, complex projects;
- Multi-family, commercial, healthcare and education experience preferred;
- Technology proficient, with the ability to adapt to new innovations and processes;
- Communication, negotiation and client relationship skills;
- Creative problem-solving skills; and
- Able to work in a highly diverse and inclusive environment.
- Manage the preconstruction process and resources;
- Work closely with your team, including mentoring and developing direct reports;
- Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, designers, engineers, consultants and subcontractors;
- Produce conceptual estimates for clients across multiple sectors;
- Facilitate and manage the value management process throughout design development; and
- Proactively engage in business development.
