Aggregate Foreman (Confidential)

We're looking for a hands-on leader to oversee daily operations. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager. This is a field-focused role that requires a strong commitment to safety while driving productivity, efficiency, and team development.

Role Overview:

• Lead and coordinate a team of 12–18 employees in a dynamic quarry and stone production environment.
• Oversee production and sales for a 1.2 million ton per year operation, ensuring targets are met.
• Monitor pit and mining activities to ensure they align with operational plans.
• Manage expenses to maintain budget compliance while identifying opportunities for cost savings.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of experience in operations and engineering, particularly in aggregate production and surface quarrying.
