- Develops and executes responsive email marketing campaigns using Marketing Automation platform;
- Automates email programs that run efficiently and reduce setup time;
- Incorporates lead generation web-forms that are integrated into CRM;
- Designs and optimizes email and landing page layouts using variant testing and industry best practices, and shares similar learnings with the broader team;
- Ensures all emails and landing pages meet CAN-SPAM, web accessibility, and ADA compliance;
- Partners with key marketing stakeholders to analyze, test and launch email campaigns that drive response;
- Conducts campaign analysis and reporting;
- Performs list cleansing and segmentation building;
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to leverage analytics and insights to drive email/landing page improvements
- Strong knowledge of implementing and managing marketing strategies
- Ability to work within a team, lead a team when appropriate, and foster teamwork
- Ability to work independently on projects with little supervision
- Excellent attention to detail; ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel experience preferred, basic SQL a plus
- Familiarity with webinar platforms and event management tools (WebEx, On24, Cvent, etc.) and Oracle Cloud connector applications a plus
- Advanced skills with Adobe suite of software (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery and Google analytics

Job Summary
Responsible for executing marketing automation campaigns for Alliants Corporate Marketing department. This role will be responsible for designing, producing and optimizing responsive emails, landing pages and web forms, scrubbing data files, building distribution lists, configuring and executing campaign programs, campaign reporting and program optimization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Qualifications
Education / Experience:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, minimum 3 years experience executing campaigns using a marketing automation platform or enterprise-class email marketing system-preferably in a B2B environment
Experience with integrated marketing automation and CRM technologies (Oracle-Eloqua/Salesforce preferred, but significant experience with MSDynamics, ExactTarget or Responsys would be considered)
Experience designing and developing responsive email/landing pages and integrating web forms with CRM
