- You must currently have a clinical or provisional license in Virginia (LPC, LCSW LCMFT) (Resident in Counseling, Supervisee in Social Work, LMSW, Resident in Marriage and Family Therapy)- If you are licensed in another state, you must be able to transfer your license to Virginia before you start date.
- 1 year of experience working in an outpatient, detox or residential treatment setting.
- 1 year of experience treating substance use disorders.
- You must be proficient in using clinical skills and modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and documenting your work.
- Master's Degree from an accredited university

- First Year Income: $70,000-$99,000 (First Year Income) depending on your qualifications and experience.
