- 2–3 years of experience working in an office and/or warehouse setting
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Ability to multitask and wear multiple hats
- Outgoing personality with strong communication and customer service skills
- Assisting customers and internal teams with daily inquiries
- Supporting office and warehouse operations as needed
