    ### Position Overview
    We are seeking a passionate, purpose-driven educator to join our part-time faculty team.

    This position will focus on guiding working adults through our unique educational framework designed to help students discover their deeper purpose and translate it into meaningful action in their communities and careers.

    ### Core Responsibilities

    • Facilitate purpose discovery through Voice Up's revolutionary fiveminute monthly selfassessment tool
    • Provide personalized coaching conversations that connect students' unique talents to their deeper purpose
    • Guide students through experiential learning projects that create positive social impact
    • Foster collaborative learning environments built on Voice Up's founding principles
    • Support students in connecting their educational journey to realworld applications in their current careers
    • Contribute to curriculum development for The Voice Up Baker's Dozen learning sequence
    • Mentor students through the creation and implementation of purposedriven community projects
    • Participate in our global community of purposealigned educators and mentors
    • Contribute quarterly articles to Voice Up's "Make the Difference" publication focused on creating positive social impact within the surrounding community
    • Write in accessible language for the general public, demonstrating commitment to creating positive societal impact
    • Optional: Develop and lead actionbased research labs with graduate assistants, resulting in publications supported by calls to action and evidence of success
    ### Qualifications

    • Master's degree in a related discipline connected to purpose discovery required, or
    • Currently enrolled and working toward a higher degree focused on one or more of the following areas:
    • Leadership development
    • Life and community skills
    • Personal finance
    • Faithbased studies
    • Nonprofit management
    • Small business administration
    • Financial literacy
    • Athletics and purpose integration
    • Experience in experiential learning or projectbased education, particularly for working adults
    • Demonstrated commitment to purposedriven education and community impact
    • Excellent remote communication skills and comfort with digital teaching platforms
    • Alignment with Voice Up's founding principles of Collaboration, Humility, Precision, Patience, and Empathy
    • Experience in one or more of the following areas preferred:
    • Mental wellness and purpose connection
    • Entrepreneurship and purposedriven business
    • Family systems and intergenerational dialogue
    • Community engagement and social impact
    • Faith and purpose integration (for faithbased tracks)

    • Initial commitment of one academic term with possibility of renewal
    ### Publication Requirements

    All faculty members are required to:

    • Submit at least one article quarterly for consideration in the "Make the Difference" publication
    • Focus content on creating positive social impact within the surrounding community
    • Write in accessible language that can be understood by the general public
    • Demonstrate their own commitment to creating positive societal change through their writing
    • Provide evidencebased approaches that can be implemented by readers
    ### Research Opportunities

    Faculty members are encouraged to:

    • Develop formal research labs centered on actionbased research
    • Mentor graduate assistants in conducting purposedriven research
    • Create publications supported by clear calls to action
    • Document evidence of successful impact in communities
