We are seeking an intuitive individual to take on the role of a Technical Program Manager.

This role will drive project fulfillment in an R&D setting while managing customer expectations and working with cross functional teams.

How I will Contribute:

• Collaborate with a global team to establish project plans and meet program deliverables in a dynamic environment resulting in exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Manage program execution to ensure alignment with planned scope, schedule and cost while proactively managing risk.
• Work closely with the Sales team and customers on new opportunities. Lead proposal preparations and support contract negotiations including financial and other terms.
• Drive project momentum and alignment across internal and external customers, sub-contractors and business stakeholders.
• Serve and the customer's primary point of contact and ensure the highest level of satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.
• Support the division's revenue and profitability goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred with a minimum of 7 years of related experience
• Experience with embedded software systems
• Experience in an R&D or Defense Contractor setting
