    Funciones Esenciales:
    • 100% conocimiento en el sistema de DAT, agarrar rutas, tomar y coordinar todas las rutas de los choferes, que vienen del destino a casa.
    • Administrar el proceso de ruta para construir rutas de entrega eficientes.
    • Incorporación de factores que incluyen, entre otros, tiempos de viaje en regla con las horas de servicio, tiempos de servicio, restricciones del DOT y tráfico en las rutas de entrega.
    • Correcta ejecución de los procesos de fin de día. Responsable del mantenimiento diario del tablero de despacho. Configure el sistema para los horarios de las citas de la mañana siguiente.
    • Verifique el manifiesto de los conductores contratados en cuanto a la precisión y asegúrese de que se adjunte la documentación correcta cuando regresen al muelle.
    • Responsable de ejecutar las instrucciones de entrega según el cronograma de citas requerido por el cliente. Asegurar que las entregas y recogidas se realicen a tiempo. cuando sea necesario.
    • Seguimiento en tiempo real de las "llamadas de control" con los conductores contratados en todas las recogidas y entregas de carga. Mientras está en tránsito, haga un seguimiento con el conductor para obtener información sobre el tiempo de destino.
    • Registrar a los conductores contratados y ayudar a hacer coincidir el papeleo y archivar los documentos terminados.
    • Iniciar y comunicar cargos adicionales al Servicio al Cliente.
    • Completar todas las llamadas previas automáticas o manuales a clientes, distribuidores y tiendas comunicando la fecha de entrega y la ventana de servicio para cada parada en una ruta determinada.
    • Comunicarse con los clientes cuando sea necesario para informar el retraso de los envíos y/o la información necesaria para procesar los pedidos.
    • Registro e impresión de manifiestos para rutas completadas y aprobadas que están listas para su entrega.
    • Mantener la integridad del pedido para incluir fechas de entrega correctas, notas, códigos de excepción, etc.
    • Supervise todas las rutas para el día actual de las entregas de la(s) región(es)..
    • Se requiere experiencia en enrutamiento/despacho
    Experiencia Requerida:- Se requiere experiencia trabajando con computadoras personales y aplicaciones comerciales.
    - Se desea experiencia de un año en un entorno orientado al servicio al cliente.
    - Se requiere experiencia en ruta comercial/ruta logística.
    - La experiencia en un entorno de centro de llamadas es una ventaja.
    - Habilidades informáticas intermedias a avanzadas con la capacidad de usar el software de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel y PowerPoint) y Google Apps
    - Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.-Entender, hablar y escribir perfectamente Ingles y Español
