We are currently seeking an experienced Of Counsel Attorney to join our top rate legal team.

This role requires a lawyer with a deep understanding of personal injury law, ability to work independently, and the drive and skill set to produce ongoing excellent case results.

You will be supported by a full team of paralegal and administrative staff. Position can be remote or in office, both are permitted.
Provide expert legal counsel and strategic guidance on a wide range of personal injury cases.

~ Oversee your own caseload of cases from inception to conclusion, including signing up and the management of such cases, any settlement discussions, litigation of the case where necessary, lien negotiations, etc.

~ Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

~ A minimum of 7 years of experience in personal injury law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes. Prior litigation experience.

~ Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to handle cases in the litigation process.

~ Strong leadership ability and a client-oriented approach to legal practice.
