Job Title: Full-Time Registered Nurse

Location: Granite Falls, WA

Pay Range: $43 to $45 per hour

Blazer Jobs, in collaboration with local school districts, is currently hiring for a full-time registered nurse contract role in the Granite Falls, WA area. We are seeking experienced and dedicated professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care and support to students within the school setting.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers.
Assess and respond to students' health needs, including first aid and emergency care.
Collaborate with school staff, parents/guardians, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized healthcare plans.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:

Valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
Ability to meet all state and local requirements for school nurses, including background check and immunization records.
