Primary Functions Responsibilities
- Executes daily analysis identifies investigates resolves discrepancies problems Gather analyzes data support accurate up-to-date positions across all SKUs Monitor levels internal warehouses third-party storage locations ensure optimal stock maintained Execute adjustments due observed variances summarize root cause findings Support team audits special projects related inventory management Decision Making Inventory Movement Conduct continuous data determine best course action placement across locations Initiate inter-plant transfers move between warehouses fulfill orders align records coordinates return from third-party warehouses meet demand Determine coordinate delivery optimal location inbound containers Create manage inbound outbound within WMS proper movement timely order fulfillment Coordinate third-party correct processed time Reconcile data internal systems Epicor resolve discrepancies accurate records Regular cycle counts vendor investigate resolve variances discrepancies Generate distribute reports management review including levels movement discrepancies Document transactions processes clearly transparent traceability actions Reporting Documentation Generate document reports transparency traceability Reporting Documentation Required Knowledge SkillsBachelor degree Supply Chain Management Business Administration related field Years experience inventory management supply chain logistics WMS ERP systems Epicor preferred Experience coordination reconciliation processes plus Strong proficiency Microsoft Excel pivot tables v-lookups etc Software WMS similar Work Environment Office-based occasional requirement work warehouse setting person occasionally remote capability Must lift pounds at times Position offers excellent growth potential leader industry excellent compensation package includes Health insurance 401k employer match Flexible spending account Company life insurance Long-term disability Paid time off Performance-based bonus potential Job Type Full-time Pay per hour Benefits 401k matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Vision insurance Ability Relocate Buffalo NY: relocate starting work Work Location In person
