    Position Summary

    We pride ourselves on offering an exceptional shopping experience for our members, and our fresh food associates are a key part of that. They work tirelessly to ensure our freezers, coolers, and deli areas are stocked and clean, providing members with a wide range of high-quality products.

    Job Responsibilities

    As a member of our freezer, cooler, and deli team, you will be responsible for:

    • Maintaining the safety and cleanliness of our facilities, including conducting safety sweeps and following proper procedures for handling hazardous materials.
    • Ensuring the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area meet company standards by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, and setting up displays.
    • Providing excellent member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and resolving any issues or concerns.
    • FOLLOWING COMPANY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES RELATED TO FREEZER/COOLER AREA BY COMPLYING WITH FOOD HANDLING POLICIES, OPERATING EQUIPMENT, AND CLEANING THE AREAS REGULARLY
