Are you a passionate salon educator?
We are looking for an accountable and energetic salon educator at our hair shop (salon/barbershop) As
an Educator you will instruct, lead, mentor, and motivate others to achieve success in their careers and in
other areas . The salon educator will either maintain/modify the current curriculum or help create and
implement a new curriculum. We are seeking educators who are accountable, passionate, and
professional to join our team.

• Cut men and women's well
• Color men and women's well
• Learn what you don't , really well
• Conduct stylist new-hire training in a timely manner, ensuring all certification criteria and

onboarding is met prior to releasing trainees to the floor

• Shop Educator will work on the books for at least 80% of the time

You have...

• Experience as a stylist in a licensed salon required
• Experience teaching or training experience preferred
• Top notch technical skills working as a licensed hair stylist or barber
• Active Cosmetology or Educator license per state requirement
• Proven ability to work with a diverse range of people
• A good understanding of color systems
• Exude customer service and positivity
• The desire to work with others that demonstrate personal integrity
