TITLE: Principal Test Engineer II

LOCATION: Maryland Heights, MO

JOB SUMMARY:

Lead technical teams using automation frameworks and test-driven development methodology to ensure the delivery of quality products.
Acquire and analyze data independently for software process evaluation and improvements to address business needs.
Review test plans, write manual and automated test cases/scripts, and execute tests with automation tool development language (Tricentis TOSCA).
Perform back-end system and front-end UI troubleshooting when identifying defects.
Analyze manual and automated test scenario results.
Serve as project team leader or subject matter expert for complex projects within test environments.
Architect and review automation frameworks, make technical decisions, and design project deliverables.
Implement product testing proposals and execute system and code analysis.
Define and track quality assurance metrics and deliver quality process training.

EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
8 years of experience in Agile Scrum and Waterfall within Software Delivery Life Cycle.
5 years of experience in software development with unit test frameworks.
3 years of experience in automation testing using Tricentis TOSCA.
Hybrid work arrangement available.
