Tax Manager VLocation: RemoteDuration: 3 months contract on w2 with possible extensionDescription:The role will require the contractor to assist with the preparation of US international calculations including but not limited to: Global Intangible Low Taxed Income, Base Erosion Anti-Abuse Tax, Foreign Derived Intangible Income, Subpart F Income, Foreign Tax Credits for both interim financial statements reporting and tax return compliance.
Contractor should have a solid foundation in US international tax and is expected to have a fundamental understanding of accounting for income taxes.
Furthermore, contractor should be familiar with US international tax return forms including:Form 5471, Form 8858, Form 1118, Form 8991, Form 8992, and Form 8993.
