    My client is an international bank with a fast growing NY presence and is looking to bring on a Senior Real Estate Credit Analyst at the VP-level.

    The VP Real Estate Credit Analyst will be responsible for performing credit analysis, putting together credit applications from start to finish and monitoring the US real estate portfolio.

    This is a hybrid role. They are in office 2-3 days a week and are located in NYC.

    The Ideal Candidate:


    • 3-7 years of real estate credit experience within balance sheet lending and both bilateral and syndicated loans.


    • Experience is workouts is a plus but not required


    • Formal credit training is preferred


    • Effective analytical and technical report writing skills


    • Effective verbal and written communication skills


    • Ability to execute straight forward credit requests for existing clients, author credit analyses and work with Credit Approvers within the bank
