Job summary
The Key Accounts Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by expanding relationships with existing customers and identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within key account locations.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers at both functional and executive levels to ensure retention, satisfaction,
- Develop and execute strategies to deepen penetration within accounts expand revenue opportunities achieve sales retention targets.Serve as a trusted advisor delivering tailored value-driven solutions that address customer priorities.Lead implementation major company programs initiatives assigned accounts.Process orders scan verify incoming shipments stock inventory manage returns accuracy smooth daily operations.Partner internal teams deliver operational excellence exceed customer expectations strong service orientation follow-up.Drive setup optimization vending VMI services new existing account locations.Collaborate sales management design competitive pricing strategies non-contract customers.Monitor market trends competitors emerging technologies provide forward-looking solutions.Prepare submit timely accurate sales reports align management expectations.Secures submits customer orders processing utilizing ordering technology.Contribute culture collaboration innovation accountability reflecting values.Participate cross-functional projects initiatives support broader organizational goals.
