Job summary
This position supports statewide operations of the Land Court and Tax Appeal Court by serving as Registrar of Land Court and Ex-Officio Clerk of Tax Appeal Court.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures;
- Managing court records, case management, courtroom operations; Coordinating with judges Judiciary divisions attorneys external agencies overseeing budgets personnel technology systems legislative matters ensuring accurate processing custody certification legal documents scheduling court calendars supervising training staff providing technical assistance public legal community compliance applicable statutes court rules administrative policies promoting efficient uniform court operations.
