Job Summary

The Activities Coordinator will assist in the multi-site planning and implementation of recreational programs designed by the Property Administrator. The job involves identifying community services needs of residents, building partnerships with local organizations to bring services to the property, advocating for the property and seeking participation in events.

The Activities Coordinator will also collect and record data to measure program outcomes and participate with other employees working toward resident stability. As needed, they will delegate tasks to employees and/or volunteers ensuring the success of the program.
  • Suggest ideas to develop an enjoyable program for all residents.
  • Advise on event status for upcoming events.
  • Set up materials for weekly events.
