    Position Overview:
    As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating machinery efficiently and maintaining a high standard of quality and cleanliness in your workspace. You will play a vital role in ensuring our production goals are met while upholding our company values.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Daily Requirements:

    • Align with Company and Personal Values: Embody the values that define our organization.
    • Machine Operations:
    • Operate machinery (preheat, cycle time, breakdowns, cooldown) at an acceptable pace with assistance from supervisors.
    • Oversee Utility Roles: Fill in utility roles when required.
    • Quality Control: Understand and follow our QC requirements and processes.
    • 5S Standards: Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area. Ensure tools are in their designated places.

    • Energy: Demonstrate strong energy and enthusiasm in daily tasks.
    • Teamwork: Help foster a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
    • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
    • Understanding of quality control principles and procedures.
    • Ability to follow safety guidelines and company processes.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work proactively.
