    SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE/DELIVERY DRIVER JOB DESCRIPTION - SHANNON


    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Representative/Delivery Driver to join our team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for delivering products to customers in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining accurate delivery records.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensuring products are safely and securely loaded onto the delivery vehicle.
    • Following delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
    • Providing excellent customer service during product drop-offs, ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Collecting payments from customers for delivered products.
    • Handling product returns and exchanges as needed.
    • Maintaining delivery vehicle cleanliness and performing routine vehicle maintenance.
    • Communicating with customers and internal team members to coordinate deliveries and address any delivery-related issues.
    • Perform all other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Valid Class A driver's license and clean driving record.
    • Previous experience in a customer service or delivery role preferred.
    • Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.
    • Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
    • Knowledge of local roads and routes.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
