- Operate a hospital shuttle multi-person golf cart in a safe and responsible manner.
- Greet and assist passengers by maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
- Safely transport patients, visitors, and staff to and from the hospital entrance and designated parking areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the shuttle vehicle.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and regulations.
- Report any incidents or accidents to the appropriate authorities and supervisors.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Minimum 4 years driving experience.
- Excellent driving skills, with a strong focus on passenger safety.
- Customer service-oriented with good communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
- Familiarity with the local area and hospital layout is a plus.
- Previous experience as a shuttle driver is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
- Obtain a flu shot and tuberculosis test.
