TalentAmp is hiring a Security Officer for one of our direct clients Bagdad, AZ.

We are looking for someone who will perform a variety of patrol, security, emergency response and customer service duties at assigned location.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and register all visitors and vendors at the entrance gate, ensuring proper notification to relevant personnel and guiding them to their destinations while enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular property patrols either by walking, biking, or driving, monitoring equipment, grounds, and facilities for any issues, and promptly reporting damages or necessary repairs to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Monitor locations susceptible to vandalism or criminal activities through surveillance efforts.
• Be prepared and trained to handle emergency situations, including collaborating with law enforcement for crime prevention, assisting fire response units in fire suppression, and providing basic emergency medical response such as CPR and first aid when necessary. Additionally, perform any other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Possession of current CPR and first aid certifications, as mandated by the specific site location.
• Proficiency in responding effectively to emergency and conflict scenarios.
• Familiarity with site rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Understanding of the site's topography, including knowledge of emergency equipment locations and access points.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
