Large dress manufacturer looking for seasoned pattern maker to join team
Must have proven experience as a Pattern Maker in the fashion industry, with a minimum of 5-7 years of Dress experience

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ability to create patterns from conceptual sketches
Generate paper patterns using traditional patternmaking and draping techniques
Adjust patterns as necessary to achieve the desired fit, silhouette, and design details
Work collaboratively with designers and sample makers to refine patterns for best fit during production and development stages
Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of accuracy
Contribute problem solving ideas along with willingness to adapt to evolving design requirements
Excellent communication skills to work with designers, technical designers, and sample makers

This is a full-time, in-person position Salary comensurate with experience 55K - 95K 401k, Health Insurane, and PTO benefits
