GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTIONIf you are a detail-oriented individual with great communication skills looking for an opportunity to jump start your career, then this may be the opportunity for youWe are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and personable candidate who can add value to our Human Resources Department.

The incumbent will be responsible for fielding first level HR requests and maintaining a positive working relationship with all staff members.

She/he must be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking to assist with HR and general administrative activities and functions.

The HR Coordinators primary responsibility will be to coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process .

Additionally, the incumbent will assist with benefits administration, payroll, safety programs and record keeping, staffing management, maintaining the HR Information Systems, document compliance, and providing general administrative support to the Department and company in general.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Field the day to day first level HR questions and requestsAssist with staffing management; recruitment, interviewing, and on-boarding processes.
Facilitate New Hire OrientationAssist with employee development initiatives.
Accurately maintain the HR recordsReconcile monthly health and dental benefit statements.
Process employee benefit changesVerify documents for completeness and compliance.
Assist with various research and/or special projects.
Other duties as assigned.


Experience and Education:
Minimum of 2 years recruitment experiencePreferred experience with Applicant Tracking SystemsRequires a high school diploma/equivalent.2+ year(s) of work-related experience.

Proficient knowledge of MS Office applicationsStrong written and oral communication skillsBenefits:

Monthly inventory reports including shipping and receiving activity and temperature data trends for storage units are provided.
