    LEAD WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE AND FORKLIFT DRIVER

    Fontis Water is Georgia's largest locally owned and operated bottled water company headquartered in Marietta, Georgia, and bottled at our facility near Blue Ridge.     The Lead Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator is responsible for ensuring that employees are actively working and following policies and procedures, products are moved within the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner, that trucks are properly loaded, that inventory is tracked and maintained, and good housekeeping and warehouse standards are upheld.

    Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM until completion, usually no later than 6:30 PM

    Location: Marietta, GA

    Our Lead Warehouse Associates is a very important part of our business. They support our route drivers by ensuring that our products are properly stored within our warehouse and loaded on trucks in a safe and efficient manner.

    They also are responsible for:

    • Leading the warehouse staff in daily tasks and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures


    • Cleaning and refurbishing water coolers and coffee equipment


    • Loading and unloading of route delivery trucks and tractor-trailers


    • Palletizing product for route truck loading


    • Operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and hand trucks in a safe manner


    • Taking care of products through proper handling and storage


    • Maintaining accurate counts for all the trucks loaded

    Qualifications


    • Must be 18 years of age or older


    • 3+ years of warehouse experience


    • Forklift operation experience


    • Must have the ability to lift up to 60 lbs. repeatedly

    A clean driving record is a plus.

    Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $ $24.00/hour.
