Per diem RN - Totowa, United States - The Senior Company

Description

The Senior Company is seeking per diem RNs to work in northern New Jersey We are a dual accredited, private duty home health care company, looking for flexible candidates.

This is not shift work, this is a Per Visit pay. Pay rate depends on what type of visit/service is being provided.

Requirements:

• Valid and active RN License in the state of New Jersey
• PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Valid Driver's License
• Home care experience preferred

Responsibilities include but not limited (on an as needed basis):

• Conduct initial assessments and start of care admissions
• Able to take on-call
• Medbox fills
• Develop care plan for clients as needed
• Able to supervise and guide Certified HHA's through the care plan
• Maintain documentation needed to be in compliance with CAHC standards
• Following all clinical and office policies
