    Hours : 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

    Salary:
    $65,000
    The

    Business Development Manager

    overseesall phasesof new base development while adhering todeadlines.

    Provides on-sight management of business opportunities as they pertain to potential new bases of operations, joint ventures, and or base moves.

    The Business Development Manager gathers verifiable data to evaluate business opportunities.
    In addition, they provide potential customers with the vision of a superior customer care and service. They evaluate existing bases of operations for suggested interventions/modifications to support volume increases.

    Responsibilities:
    The

    Business Development Manager

    works independently and collaboratively to identify potential new locations by gathering and analyzing data.
    Develops a business plan to achieve success for Greenfield growth.
    The

    Business Development Manager

    creates business plans on proposed new sites.
    Assists in the development planning process in conjunction with senior management.
    The

    Business Development Manager

    provides updates to the Director of Business Development and Special Services on all projects.
    Conducts research and evaluates for potential management and staff positions.
    Other duties as assigned.

    Skills:
    Management and sales training courses/experience preferred.
    Proficient in a MS Office.
    Strong analytical, critical thinking, problems solving, change management and communication skills required.
    Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
    Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, Healthcare or related field or a combination of education and experience.
    2 -5 years of strategic planning and business development experience required.
    In-depth understanding of services and operations within the air medical industry and healthcare industry.
    Minimum 2 years of air medical experience in program services and /or management role preferred.
