Job description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced FOH (Front of House) Night Director to join our team. The FOH Night Director plays a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of front-of-house operations during the evening shifts. This leadership position requires strong operational skills, exceptional customer service, and the ability to motivate and guide the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Starting pay: $21 hourly
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Operational Oversight:**
- Ensure the front-of-house operations run smoothly during evening shifts, including service standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor dining room flow, ensuring that guests receive prompt attention and service.
-**Qualifications:**
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for providing an outstanding guest experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in POS systems
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
