    Construction Operations Manager
    SERVPRO of Shreveport is hiring Construction Operations Manager.     Primary Responsibilities
    1.
    Customer and Client Satisfaction
    a. Oversee and ensure customer and client satisfaction.

    2. Division Management
    a. Monitor volume of work.
    b. Develop departmental budgets for General Manager or Owner approval.
    c. Assist in finding and vetting subcontractors.
    d. Manage all aspects of construction division.

    3. Operations Management
    a. Manage daily operations of construction team.
    b. Validate potential construction leads.
    c. Assign leads/projects to construction managers and superintendents.
    d. Ensure construction team follows proper work process.
    e. Review and evaluate estimates created by construction managers.
    f. Perform tasks within the project management process to assist construction team as needed (i.e. high volume, large project, etc.).
    g. Assist construction managers with budgeting and bidding.

    4. Communication Management
    a. Conduct weekly Work-in-Progress meetings with construction team.
    b. Ensure two-way communication with the mitigation division.

    5. Team Management
    a. Manage individual team members who work together to process construction projects.
    b. Train construction team members.
    c. Conduct periodic performance reviews with individual construction team members.
    d. Ensure employee compliance with all Company policies.

    6. General
    a. Be familiar with and able to execute all roles and responsibilities of the Construction Coordinator, Construction
    Superintendent, and Construction Manager.

    Necessary Experience and Skill Set
    Previous construction management experience.
    Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
    Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability.
    Effective written and oral communication.

    Formal Education/Training
    High school diploma/GED
    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

    Physical and Work Environment Requirements
    Walking and/or standing throughout the day. Frequent driving and sitting. Occasionally climbing ladders. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat. The noise level in the work environment and jobsites can be loud.

    Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel RequirementsThis is a full-time position, working 7:00 a.m.5:00 p.m., MondayFriday, 45 hours per week. This position frequently requires long hours, working on-call, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

    65,000-80,000 plus commission opportunity
