Job Description:

This position is being announced under FEMAs Cadre of On-call Response/Recovery Employee (CORE) Program. This is a temporary appointment in the Excepted Service, not to exceed 2 years, with the option to extend based on workload and funding availability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating assessment plans designed to implement one or more assessment tools for an organization, occupation, or a specific situation.
• Collaborating with various internal councils and workforce communities to provide competency assessment planning, development, and outcomes.
• Consulting on various human capital efforts to provide enhancement and/or solutions to issues.

Job Requirements:

• Travel will be required.
• You must be a U.S. citizen to be considered for this position.
• You must successfully pass a background investigation.
• Selective service registration is required for males born after 12/31/59.
• You must be able to obtain and maintain a Government credit card.
