- Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate service area.
- Valeting customer vehicles to designated parking spots.
- Providing shuttle services for customers to and from the dealership or service center.
- Assisting service advisors and technicians with moving vehicles in and out of the service area and car wash.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the service area, service drive, parking lot and outdoor customer waiting area.
- Transporting parts and equipment within the service department.
- Assisting with other tasks as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the service department.
